a partnership firm registered in Surat, Gujarat, India, carries on its business of designing, manufacturing, and selling women’s western wear. All orders, sales, contracts, and transactions made through this website are entered into with Sadgi Studio. References to "House Of Siali," "we," "us," "our" or “the company” in these Terms refer to Sadgi Studio, operating under the brand name House Of Siali.

We make every effort to display our products accurately — including colours, fabrics, and measurements. However, please note:

• Colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device’s display settings 
• Natural fabrics such as cotton, mul, khadi, and linen may have minor variations in texture or weave- this is inherent to the material and not a defect
• Measurements are provided in the size guide on each product page- please refer to them before ordering 

We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment 
• In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund 

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We accept payments via Razorpay. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for full details. In summary:

• We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with all tags and packaging intact
• We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof- we will replace or refund at your choice
• Sale items are not eligible for exchange 

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by writing to us at houseofsiali@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +91 87993 03691. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds for pre-dispatch cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days.

All content on the House of Siali website — including product photographs, copy, collection names, brand name, logo, and design — is the intellectual property of Sadgi Studio and is protected under applicable Indian law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission. Sharing our content on personal social media with credit is welcome and appreciated.

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose 
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or damages our website or reputation 

We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, House of Siali shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products
• Losses arising from courier delays, force majeure, or events outside our control 
• Damage caused by misuse of our products contrary to care instructions provided 

Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
