Returns and Refunds

At House Of Siali, every piece is thoughtfully crafted in limited quantities. To help us maintain quality, reduce waste, and keep our collections sustainable, we currently do not offer returns or refunds. However, we understand that finding the perfect fit matters, which is why we offer size exchanges.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size-related concerns, subject to availability.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to size availability; if your size is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit valid for 6 months.
  • Only one exchange request per order will be accommodated.


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:
  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers.
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Clear photographs of the product
